-Steamed Dish (chawan-mushi, savory egg custard with crab)
-Grilled Dish (grilled crab)
-Vinegared Dish (half a crab)
-Soup (miso soup with crab)
-Rice dish (rice porridge with crab)
-Pickles
-Fruit

*The amount of crab served is equivalent to 2 servings
(Of this, 1.5 equivalent serving consists of fresh (never frozen) crab that is served boiled, grilled, and as sashimi)
